Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services: account information (name, email, organization), usage analytics (anonymized), and service data (the data you choose to process through our platform).
How We Use Your Data
Your service data is used exclusively to deliver the features you've requested. We do not use customer data to train AI models. We do not sell data to third parties. We do not use data for purposes beyond service delivery.
Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Data residency is configurable per customer. We support customer-managed encryption keys for enterprise deployments.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data at any time. Data export is available in standard formats within 48 hours of request. Data deletion is irreversible and completed within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
We use a minimal set of third-party services for infrastructure (cloud hosting, CDN) and analytics (anonymized usage data only). All third-party providers are vetted for SOC 2 compliance and bound by data processing agreements.
