Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 10ˣ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
10ˣ provides an AI-powered execution platform for enterprise organizations. Our services include but are not limited to: workflow automation, decision intelligence, engineering acceleration, and organizational optimization tools.
3. Data Ownership
You retain all rights, title, and interest in your data. 10ˣ does not claim ownership of any data you input into or generate through our platform. Your data is yours. Always.
4. Service Level Agreement
10ˣ commits to 99.9% uptime for all production services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 72 hours in advance. Unscheduled downtime will trigger prorated service credits.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use 10ˣ services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the platform to process data that violates privacy laws, export control regulations, or any other legal requirements applicable to your jurisdiction.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, 10ˣ will provide a complete export of your data within 14 business days. All data will be purged from our systems within 90 days of termination.
